    You don’t know the caliber of your kicker until you ask them to hit game winners.  Gost has never been asked (look at the record and you will see he has never been asked to win a game).   Was asked today and the football became a golf ball. 
    Pats coaching staff should have thought of this and not taken a knee with 40 seconds on the clock.  Know the kicker’s history and realize this is his first game winner.  Try to get him a <35 yard kick.
