If Josh were to leave, who would replace him?

  2. diesel Says:

Does it matter?  As long as TB12 is QB they’ll be successful.

  3. Jane O'Neil Says:

Josh you left before and it didn’t work out……don’t make the same mistake twice!

  4. Will Says:

If I were Josh, I would stick around New England for several more years, continue to learn from the master, and position myself for an NFC head coaching position where I would not have to compete against Bill.  He does not need the money after being enriched by what he has already accomplished, and he could very well position himself to be a New England head coach at some point.  It made all the sense in the world for Pioli to leave, but look where he is now.  Granted he has made a ton of money, but Josh doesn’t need it, and he makes good money in the interim.  He has an opportunity with the Patriots to make football history over the next several years with Brady, Gronk, Hernandez, and an offense that is potentially historic.  Eventually the BIG payoff will be there, and he can have some fun in a lower pressure position while he raises a family.  This is a no-brainer.

  5. Pats Says:

Exactly, it’s like he comes to the Patriots every time he needs to earn some street cred then he goes off on other business ventures only to go up in flames.
